EXCURSION QUAD

1. For the excursions quad the participants must respect on the road as on the tracks, the highway code. 4. The Company or the guide guide is only judge of his appreciations and its decisions. No complaint will be allowed. In the event of exclusion, the participants will be able to claim with the refunding of their right of engagement nor to no expenses whatever they are.

5. Services and costs: (according to the type of services asked) for the traditional circuits the prices are posted on our site and at our company

6. For the reservations on Internet 30% of the amount will be asked; in the event of cancellation of the participant and cancellation of the reservation we will keep the sum of 20 € (twenty euros) for expenses of file.

7. the hirer out will have obligatorily to present his papers d' identity like its driving licence, a guarantee will be required for the quad, the guarantee is assembled to 500€ by vehicle

8. The company and the guide guide could not be held responsible for the accidents or incidents which could occur during the excursion. The same applies to the flights of luggage and material remaining permanently under your responsibility. 9. Engagement and the participation in the Excursions imply the acceptance of this payment, without any reserve
