2. The hirer out will have obligatorily to present his papers d' identity like its driving licence, a guarantee will be requested from height of 300 € (three hundred euros)

3.The vehicle is provided with the full of one fuel, this one must be taken delivery of by the company CAPA DIFFUSION under the same conditions, in which case it will be taken with the customer the sum of 10€

4. We place at the disposal a helmet by passenger with the vehicle

5.The customer will have to return the vehicle in l' state and hours indicated according to the duration of the hiring. a penalty will be applied in the event of caused damage, additional time with of the duration mentioned at the time of the leasing agreement will be also invoiced

6-.Engagement on the hiring of vehicle implies the acceptance of this payment, without any reserve
